These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Content Studio, an alpha-stage service operated by an individual, independent developer acting as sole operator ("we", "us", "the operator") — there is no separate company entity. By using Content Studio you agree to these Terms.
Content Studio turns a single input into a full, ready-to-post video — either fully AI-generated or assembled as a clip-recap from source material the operator has the rights to use — and, if connected, can upload or publish those videos to TikTok and/or YouTube accounts owned by the operator. All videos published by Content Studio are AI-generated or AI-assisted and are disclosed as such where the connected platform provides a mechanism to do so. Content Studio is currently in alpha: features, availability and reliability are not guaranteed, and the service may change or be discontinued at any time.
The operator must have the rights necessary to use any source material submitted to Content Studio, and is solely responsible for any content published through a connected TikTok or YouTube account. Use of TikTok and YouTube through Content Studio remains subject to their own terms:
Content Studio may not be used to process or publish content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates the connected platforms' policies (including their synthetic/AI-content disclosure rules), or is unlawful. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of this section.
Handling of data, including OAuth tokens and generated videos, is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and can be revoked at any time from the connected platform's own settings.
Content Studio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. As an alpha-stage, individually operated service, we do not guarantee uptime, data durability, or that generated videos will be free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or goodwill, arising from use of Content Studio.
Use of Content Studio and its access to connected accounts can be revoked at any time. The service, or access to it, may be suspended or discontinued at any time, including during this alpha stage.
If these Terms change materially, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of Content Studio after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
